<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">Use this tab page to assign macros to certain program events. These macros will run automatically every time the selected event occurs.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">In the <span class="T1">Event</span> list box, select the program event to which you want to assign a macro.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select this option to run the macro every time the selected event occurs, regardless of the document type. This only applies to global macros. Macros linked to a document will only run if the corresponding document has been loaded.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select <span class="T1">Document</span> if you only want the assigned macro to run when the document containing the macro is active.</help:help-text> If the <span class="T1">Open document</span> event is assigned to a macro, it is as if you activated the <help:key-word value="AutoStart - Macro" tag="kw65829_5" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>AutoStart <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/>- Macro.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Under <span class="T1">Macros</span>, the left list box lists all available libraries and modules where your macros are stored. Click on the plus sign to expand the entry to see lower levels. Clicking on the minus sign hides the lower levels again.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph">The different macros are structured in two groups, as indicated by the two main entries in the list. One displays the file names of documents that contain macros, and the other shows global macros in the application that apply to any and all documents.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-id value="HID_MACRO_MACROS" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">The right list box contains the respective macros assigned to the module selected on the left list box.</help:help-text> The syntax is as follows: "Subname(Libraryname.Modulename)".</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">In the list box, select the macro types you want to integrate.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">This button assigns the selected macro to the selected event.</help:help-text> The macro information will be written behind the event entry.</p>
